Most insurance plans are accepted for therapy. My billing office will send claims for payment to your insurance company. Out-of-network arrangements can be made if my services are not part of your insurance company plan. If you will be paying out-of-pocket or have special circumstances, adjustments to hourly rates can be negotiated.
Standard fees are:
Intake (75min.) $200
Family sessions $150
Individual $120–$175
Co-pays and any deductible fees are due at the time of service.
Payment is by cash, check or credit card.
Health Savings accounts that have a debit card can also be used at the time of your visit for any payments.
Hours by appointment on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
Some evening hours are available.
Prior to your intake appointment:
- Contact your insurance provider. Verify that I am a provider in your coverage network.
- Ask about any deductible on your plan and confirm your co-pay amount.
- Ask if there is a pre-authorization number for you to bring to your intake.
- If there is a referral from your primary care doctor required, call and arrange that referral.
